Аннотация

Wrestling is a physically demanding combat sport that requires both anaerobic strength and aerobic endurance for optimal performance. This paper explores the most effective training methods for developing muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance in wrestlers. Emphasis is placed on per iodized strength programs, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), resistance and functional training, and sport-specific conditioning drills. The article also considers recovery techniques and nutrition strategies that support sustained improvements in athletic performance.
