ISO 22000 RAQAMLI TRANSFORMATSIYA SHAROITIDA OZIQ-OVQAT XAVFSIZLIGINI TA'MINLOVCHI TRANSFORMATSIYAVIY YONDASHUV

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada ISO 22000 xalqaro standartining zamonaviy raqamli texnologiyalar bilan uyg‘unlashuvi orqali oziq-ovqat xavfsizligi tizimlarining transformatsion rolini tahlil qilish nazarda tutilgan. Tadqiqotda Internet of Things (IoT), sun’iy intellekt (AI), real-vaqt monitoringi, bulutli texnologiyalar kabi raqamli vositalarning ISO 22000 talablari doirasida qanday qilib integratsiyalashayotgani ilmiy asosda yoritiladi. Maqola ushbu standartning raqamli infratuzilma orqali rivojlanish bosqichlarini aniqlashga qaratilgan yangi konseptual modelni taklif etadi.
