Аннотация
This study focuses on hemoblastoses, a group of malignant hematological diseases, and the prevention of complications following polychemotherapy. Polychemotherapy is the mainstay of treatment for these disorders, providing high remission rates and improved survival. However, it is associated with significant early and late toxicities, including hematological, infectious, organ, and metabolic complications. The research analyzes the pathophysiological mechanisms of these complications and explores modern strategies for their prevention. Emphasis is placed on hematopoietic support, infection prophylaxis, organ-protective measures, and rehabilitation to improve patient safety, treatment continuity, and quality of life. The study provides evidence-based recommendations to minimize adverse effects while maintaining therapeutic efficacy.
