Аннотация

This article examines the pedagogical role of artificial intelligence in enhancing integrated English language skills. In contemporary English language teaching, the integration of reading, writing, listening, and speaking is essential for developing learners’ communicative competence. Artificial intelligence tools provide new opportunities for language practice by offering personalized feedback, adaptive learning materials, speech recognition, automated writing support, interactive chatbots, and digital assessment. The article discusses how AI can support integrated skills instruction, improve learner engagement, and create more flexible and individualized learning environments. It also considers possible challenges related to teacher training, learner dependence, digital literacy, and ethical use of AI in education.
