Аннотация

Ushbu tadqiqot O'zbekistonning yashil iqtisodiy transformatsiya doirasida barqaror oziq-ovqat tizimlarini rivojlantirishda sun'iy intellekt (SI) texnologiyalarining roliga bag'ishlangan. Qishloq xo'jaligi YaIMning taxminan 26 foizini tashkil etib, mehnat kuchining uchdan bir qismini band etgan O'zbekistonda agrar-oziq-ovqat zanjirlarini raqamlashtirish katta makroiqtisodiy ahamiyat kasb etadi. Tadqiqotda qiyosiy tahlil, xalqaro hisobotlarning tizimli sharhi va milliy siyosat hujjatlarining kontent tahlili metodlaridan foydalanildi. Natijalar shuni ko'rsatadiki, AI-asosidagi aniqlik dehqonchiligi, aqlli logistika va sifat nazorati tizimlari oziq-ovqat yo'qotishlarini 30 foizgacha, hosildorlikni esa 15–25 foizga oshirish imkonini beradi.

Davlatning siyosiy yo'nalganligiga qaramay — 2023–2030 yillarga mo'ljallangan Yashil iqtisodiyot strategiyasi va Raqamli iqtisodiyot 2030 dasturi — raqamli infratuzilma bo'shliqlari, inson kapitali tanqisligi va xususiy investitsiyalarning yetarli emasligi asosiy to'siq bo'lib qolmoqda. Tadqiqot oziq-ovqat tizimlarida AI integratsiyasini tezlashtirish uchun siyosiy tavsiyalar bilan yakunlanadi.
