Аннотация
Through a review of current literature and clinical practices, this study demonstrates how interdisciplinary collaboration leads to earlier detection, more accurate diagnoses, and improved treatment outcomes in a variety of ENT conditions including chronic rhinosinusitis, otitis media, head and neck tumors, obstructive sleep apnea, and voice disorders.
Despite notable benefits, barriers such as communication gaps, resource limitations, and institutional inertia remain challenges. This paper underscores the importance of fostering integrative healthcare ecosystems that facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration for optimal patient-centered care in otorhinolaryngology.
