Аннотация
Ushbu maqola raqamli texnologiyalarning bolalar ruhiy salomatligiga salbiy ta’sirini o‘rganishga va ota-onalarga psixologik asoslangan tavsiyalar berishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotning maqsadi – smartfonlar, planshetlar va ijtimoiy tarmoqlarning bolalarning ruhiy holatiga ta’sirini tahlil qilish va bu ta’sirni yumshatish yo‘llarini aniqlash. Nazariy tahlil va adabiyotlar sharhi shuni ko‘rsatadiki, raqamli texnologiyalarning haddan tashqari ishlatilishi uyqusizlik, tashvish, depressiya va ijtimoiy izolyatsiyaga olib keladi. Tadqiqotda 100 nafar ota-ona va ularning bolalari ishtirok etgan so‘rovnoma natijalari tahlil qilindi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, kuniga 3 soatdan ortiq ekran vaqti bolalarning kognitiv va emotsional holatiga salbiy ta’sir qiladi. Maqola ota-onalarga ekran vaqtini cheklash, ochiq muloqot va muqobil faoliyatlarni rag‘batlantirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar taqdim etadi.
