Аннотация
Kalsiy ionlari (Ca²⁺) organizmda ko‘plab fiziologik jarayonlarda, jumladan, mushaklarning qisqarishi, neyromediatorlarning ajralishi, gormon sekretsiyasi va gen ekspressiyasida markaziy rol o‘ynaydi. Kalsiy ionlari uchun mavjud bo‘lgan turli ion kanallari orasida L-tip voltajga bog‘liq kalsiy kanallari (L-type VGCC) hujayralarda kalsiy oqimini ta’minlovchi asosiy yo‘nalishlardan biri hisoblanadi.
