Аннотация
This article discusses ways to improve the mechanisms for improving the professional pedagogical skills of future teachers. To increase the effectiveness of the education system, strategies such as updating educational programs, exchange of practices and experiences, introduction of a mentoring system, use of innovative technologies, and self-assessment are presented. These approaches help ensure the professional development of future teachers and improve the quality of education. The article emphasizes the importance of using modern methodologies and practices in the process of teacher training and offers innovative solutions necessary to provide the future generation with quality knowledge.
