Mazkur maqolada kolloborativ kompetensiyaning tarkibiy-strukturaviy xususiyatlari hamda uning ta’lim jarayonidagi o‘rni yoritiladi. Kollaborativ kompetensiya hamkorlikda ishlashga oid bilim, ijtimoiy-kommunikativ ko‘nikmalar, rollarni taqsimlash va mas’uliyatni bo‘lishish, shuningdek, refleksiya va o‘z-o‘zini baholash elementlaridan tashkil topgan murakkab ko‘p komponentli tuzilma sifatida talqin etiladi.
