Аннотация
Mazkur tezisda mobil banking tizimining iqtisodiy mohiyati, rivojlanish bosqichlari hamda zamonaviy bank tizimidagi o‘rni tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, mobil banking xizmatlarini samarali joriy etish va rivojlantirishda qo‘llaniladigan marketing strategiyalari — segmentatsiya va personalizatsiya, brend ishonchliligini shakllantirish, mijoz tajribasini optimallashtirish, hamkorlik marketingi hamda sodiqlik dasturlarining ahamiyati ilmiy asosda yoritib beriladi. Raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida mobil banking banklarning raqobatbardoshligini oshiruvchi muhim omil ekani asoslanadi.
