Mazkur tezisda korporativ ijtimoiy ma’suliyatning global bozorlarga ta’siri, uning korxona raqobatbardoshligi, investorlar ishonchi, brend qiymati va institutsional barqarorlikka ta’sir etuvchi omil sifatidagi roli tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari korporativ ijtimoiy ma’suliyat zamonaviy biznesda ixtiyoriy ijtimoiy tashabbus emas, balki strategik boshqaruv vositasi ekanini ko‘rsatadi.
