Ushbu ilmiy maqolada malakali baydarkada eshkak eshuvchilar mashgʻulot jarayonini tuzishning nazariy-metodologik asoslari oʻrganilgan. Sportchilarning jismoniy va texnik tayyorgarligini rivojlantirish, yuklama va tiklanish jarayonlarini optimallashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy asoslangan yondashuvlar tahlil qilingan. Mashgʻulot rejasini tuzishda individual yondashuv va bosqichma-bosqich rivojlanish tamoyillarining ahamiyati yoritilgan.
