Аннотация
This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the scientific and pedagogical foundations for utilizing the spiritual heritage of Eastern scholars in guiding students toward professional careers. The study examines the ideas of Eastern thinkers related to labor, professional ethics, personal development, social responsibility, honesty, and the pursuit of knowledge in close connection with modern career guidance systems. The article demonstrates how this heritage can foster students’ interest in work, enhance professional self-awareness, and support conscious decision-making for future career paths. Furthermore, it discusses the effectiveness of applying this heritage in pedagogical practice, the methods used in educational processes, and scientific proposals for their modernization. The research results indicate that relying on spiritual heritage in career guidance is a significant factor not only in education but also in forming motivation and psychological stability among students.
