Аннотация
Ushbu maqola tirik organizmlar uchun termodinamika qonunlari va termografiyaning tibbiyotdagi diagnostik ahamiyatini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Tirik organizmlar energiya, modda va issiqlik almashinuvi orqali hayot faoliyatini davom ettiradigan ochiq termodinamik tizimlar sifatida tavsiflanadi. Termodinamikaning birinchi va ikkinchi qonunlari tirik tizimlarda energiya almashinuvi va entropiya o‘zgarishlarini tushuntirishda muhim nazariy zaminni beradi. Termografiya esa tanadagi infraqizil nurlanishni qayd etish orqali harorat taqsimotini aniqlash imkonini beradi va patologik jarayonlarni erta bosqichda aniqlashda samarali vosita hisoblanadi. Maqolada tirik organizmlarda issiqlik almashinuvi, termoregulyatsiya va termografiyaning diagnostik imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi hamda zamonaviy tibbiyotda ularning istiqbolli qo‘llanilishi ko‘rsatib o‘tiladi.
