Аннотация

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada chakana bank xizmatlarining tijorat banklari faoliyati samaradorligiga ko‘rsatadigan ta’siri kompleks tarzda tadqiq etiladi. Tadqiqot jarayonida chakana bank xizmatlarining asosiy turlari — jismoniy shaxslarni kreditlash, omonatlarni jalb etish, to‘lov kartalari, pul o‘tkazmalari hamda raqamli va masofaviy bank xizmatlarining bank daromadliligi, likvidligi, operatsion xarajatlari va mijozlar bazasi barqarorligiga ta’siri nazariy va amaliy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Amaliy tadqiqot obyekti sifatida Hamkorbank ATB faoliyati tanlanib, bankning chakana segmentdagi rivojlanish yo‘nalishlari, raqamli texnologiyalarni joriy etish darajasi hamda ushbu xizmatlarning umumiy moliyaviy natijalarga ta’siri baholanadi. Tadqiqot davomida statistik tahlil, taqqoslash va mantiqiy umumlashtirish usullaridan foydalanilgan.

Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, chakana bank xizmatlarining kengayishi tijorat banklari daromadlarining diversifikatsiyasini ta’minlaydi, risklarni kamaytiradi hamda uzoq muddatli moliyaviy barqarorlikni mustahkamlaydi. Shuningdek, raqamli chakana xizmatlarning rivojlanishi bank faoliyatida operatsion samaradorlikni oshirib, banklarning raqobatbardoshligini kuchaytirishga xizmat qiladi. Olingan xulosalar tijorat banklarida chakana bank xizmatlarini yanada rivojlantirish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishda ilmiy va amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
