Аннотация
This article provides a multifaceted scholarly analysis of the current state of methodology for developing linguistic competencies in primary school students. The strengths and weaknesses of existing methodological approaches, their alignment with contemporary psychological and pedagogical theories, and their practical application are examined critically.
A comparative analysis of traditional and innovative methods is carried out, and methodological gaps in primary education are identified. International and local trends observed in the methodology of linguistic competency formation, as well as directions for its improvement, are theoretically substantiated.
