Аннотация

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada kimyo fanini o‘qitishda bo‘lajak kimyo fani o‘qituvchilarining kasbiy kompetentligini baholash mezonlarini ishlab chiqishning nazariy-metodologik asoslari yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda kompetensiyaviy yondashuvning mazmun-mohiyati ochib berilib, bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy kompetentligi kognitiv, operatsion-amaliy, kommunikativ va refleksiv komponentlar asosida tizimli tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, har bir komponent bo‘yicha aniq baholash indikatorlari ishlab chiqilib, kompetentlik darajasini aniqlashning uch bosqichli (yuqori, o‘rta, past) mezonlari asoslab berilgan.

Maqolada zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalar, interfaol metodlar va raqamli vositalarning kimyo ta’limidagi o‘rni tahlil qilinib, ularning bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilar kompetentligini rivojlantirishdagi ahamiyati ochib berilgan. Tajriba-sinov ishlari natijalari asosida taklif etilgan baholash mezonlarining samaradorligi isbotlangan hamda ularni oliy ta’lim amaliyotiga joriy etish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari kimyo fani o‘qituvchilarini tayyorlash sifatini oshirish, ta’lim jarayonini takomillashtirish va raqobatbardosh pedagog kadrlarni shakllantirishga xizmat qiladi.
