Abstract
Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekistonda “yumshoq kuch” konsepsiyasining shakllanish jarayoni va uning hozirgi kunga qadar bo‘lgan rivojlanishi batafsil o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, O‘zbekistonning “yumshoq kuch” salohiyatiga xos o‘ziga xosliklar chuqur tahlil qilinib, ushbu salohiyatni yanada kengaytirish maqsadida xorijiy tajriba asosida ilg‘or tavsiyalar taklif etiladi.
