Abstract
Ushbu maqolada Meksikada vakolatli iqtisodiy operator (VIO) tizimining ahamiyati, muammolari va uni takomillashtirish yo‘llari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Meksika xalqaro savdoda muhim o‘rin tutgan davlat sifatida bojxona nazoratini kuchaytirish va logistika jarayonlarini soddalashtirish maqsadida VIO tizimini joriy qilgan. Maqolada VIO dasturining amaliyotdagi holati, kichik va o‘rta korxonalar uchun mavjud to‘siqlar, byurokratik muammolar yoritilgan. Muammoni hal qilish yo‘llari sifatida maqomini olish jarayonini raqamlashtirish, imtiyozlar doirasini kengaytirish va xalqaro tan olish kelishuvlarini rivojlantirish taklif qilinadi.
Takliflar amalga oshirilganda, Meksikaning xalqaro savdodagi raqobatbardoshligi oshishi, iqtisodiy samaradorlik ortishi va logistika tizimi yanada kuchayishi kutilmoqda.
