Abstract
В данной статье анализируются гендерные барьеры, препятствующие равному представительству женщин в политической сфере современных демократических обществ. На основе анализа научной литературы рассматриваются основные факторы, ограничивающие политическую активность женщин, и стратегии преодоления этих барьеров. Исследование показывает, что системный подход к устранению гендерного неравенства в политике требует комплексных мер, включая изменение социокультурных норм, институциональные реформы и специальные политические инструменты.
