Abstract
In this article, the way of the creation and development of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The essence of the Constitution, the supremacy, importance, rule of law, human rights of the Updated Constitution, and the result of the rational policy of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev Miromonovich based on the constitution in the society will be described.
