Abstract
Maqolada tamaki mahsulotlarining (chekish, elektron sigaret, nos) jigar va o‘pka faoliyatiga salbiy ta’siri ilmiy manbalar asosida tahlil qilingan. Tamaki tutunidagi nikotin, smola, uglerod oksidi va boshqa toksik moddalarning jigarda oksidlanish jarayonlarini buzishi, detoksikatsiya funksiyasini pasaytirishi hamda o‘pka alveolalarining elastikligini kamaytirishi bayon etilgan. Uzoq muddatli tamaki iste’moli surunkali obstruktiv o‘pka kasalliklari (SO‘OK), jigar yog‘ bosishi va sirroz xavfini oshiradi.
