Abstract
Ushbu maqola aerobik metabolizm jarayonining biologik va biokimyoviy asoslarini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Maqolada glikoliz, Kreb sikli va elektron tashuvchi zanjir bosqichlari batafsil tahlil qilinib, ATP ishlab chiqarish mexanizmlari va kislorod ishtirokidagi energiya samaradorligi yoritilgan. Aerobik metabolizmning mushak, yurak va miya faoliyatidagi roli, metabolik barqarorlikni saqlashdagi ahamiyati hamda kislorod yetarliligi, mitoxondriyal faoliyat va ozuqa moddalarining mavjudligi kabi ta’sir qiluvchi omillari muhokama qilingan.
Maqolada shuningdek, aerobik metabolizmni sport tibbiyoti, reabilitatsiya va klinik fiziologiya sohalarida qo‘llash imkoniyatlari ham ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari aerobik metabolizmning energiya muvozanatini ta’minlash, uzoq davom etuvchi jismoniy faoliyatni qo‘llab-quvvatlash va patologik holatlarni kamaytirishdagi hayotiy ahamiyatini tasdiqlaydi.
