Abstract
This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the process of training highly qualified specialists in higher educational institutions, in particular, current issues related to the management of personnel training within the framework of Bachelor's and master's degrees. The article also lists the results of a survey of graduates of higher education institutions located in the Kashkadarya region of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Within the framework of the study, the quality of training in the field of Higher Education Management, the model of improving the effectiveness of Educational Management, practical recommendations for heads of higher educational institutions and graduates, as well as the main directions of public policy in the field of higher education are highlighted.
