Abstract
Ushbu maqolada 10–12 yoshli gimnastikachilarga gimnastika elementlarini o‘rgatishda raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari keng tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy pedagogik yondashuvlar, videoanaliz, mobil ilovalar, virtual texnologiyalar hamda interaktiv platformalarning o‘quv-trening jarayonidagi o‘rni ochib beriladi. Shuningdek, innovatsion metodlarning yosh sportchilar texnik tayyorgarligiga ta’siri ilmiy asosda yoritiladi.
