Abstract

Honey is a natural product widely recognized for its nutritional and medicinal properties. This study aims to analyze the biological activity of honey and its effects on human health based on biochemical composition and experimental findings. The paper highlights the antioxidant, antimicrobial, and immunomodulatory properties of honey. Results indicate that honey plays a significant role in reducing oxidative stress, inhibiting microbial growth, and enhancing immune responses. The findings support the use of honey as a functional food and a complementary therapeutic agent.
