Abstract
Mazkur maqola O'zbekistonda diniy ekstremizmga qarshi kurashish sohasidagi davlat siyosati, huquqiy baza va amaliy tajribani tahlil etishga bag'ishlangan.
Tadqiqot mustaqillik davridan bugungi kungacha bo'lgan jarayonni — qonunchilik bazasining shakllanishini, profilaktika mexanizmlarini va islohotlar davridagi o'zgarishlarni qamrab oladi. Asosiy xulosa shundan iboratki, O'zbekiston ekstremizmga qarshi kurashda bir qator samarali mexanizmlarni ishlab chiqqan; biroq insonhuquqiy muvozanatni saqlash masalasi bugungi kunda ham dolzarb bo'lib qolmoqda.
