Abstract

This article explores the role of interactive teaching methods in developing students’ professional competencies within contemporary educational environments. It emphasizes that effective learning outcomes can only be achieved through well-structured pedagogical practices that actively engage students in the learning process. The study analyzes the principles of interactive learning, the role of the teacher as a facilitator, and the importance of communication and collaboration in the classroom. Special attention is given to the stages of organizing interactive lessons and the professional skills required for their successful implementation. The findings suggest that interactive teaching fosters critical thinking, autonomy, and creative problem-solving, which are essential for modern learners.
