Abstract

his article discusses the scientific and methodological foundations of developing students’ physical fitness through volleyball. The influence of volleyball training on the human body, as well as its importance in improving speed, endurance, strength, and coordination abilities, is analyzed. In addition, the effectiveness of modern pedagogical and innovative methods used in the educational process is highlighted.
