Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada talaba shaxsining muhim psixologik tarkibiy qismlari hisoblangan kasbiy yo‘nalganlik va o‘z-o‘zini baholash tushunchalari, ularning mohiyati hamda o‘zaro bog‘liqligi ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan tahlil etiladi. Talabalarning o‘quv faoliyatidagi motivatsion jarayonlar, ijtimoiy muhit, oila, pedagogik ta’sir va individual psixologik xususiyatlarning kasbiy shakllanishga ta’siri ilmiy asoslarda yoritib berilgan.

Shuningdek, maqolada talabalarning kasbiy kamolotida adekvat o‘z-o‘zini baholashning ahamiyati, noto‘g‘ri o‘z-o‘zini baholashning salbiy oqibatlari va psixologik qo‘llab-quvvatlash mexanizmlari batafsil muhokama qilinadi. Bundan tashqari, talabalarda kasbiy yo‘nalganlikning shakllanishiga ta’sir etuvchi omillar, o‘z-o‘zini baholash darajasining kasbiy faoliyatga ta’siri hamda ularning o‘zaro uyg‘unligining shaxs kamolotidagi ahamiyati ochib berilgan.
