Abstract

Polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS) is a common endocrine condition in women of reproductive age and a leading cause of anovulatory infertility. Its clinical and metabolic heterogeneity necessitates an individualized treatment strategy.

Personalized management should take into account the PMOS phenotype, metabolic profile, ovarian reserve, age, duration of infertility, and reproductive priorities.
