Abstract
This article examines the effects of genetic mutations on cellular pathology and morphological changes in tissues and organs. Particular attention is given to the molecular mechanisms through which genetic alterations disrupt protein synthesis, intracellular signaling, mitochondrial function, and cellular homeostasis. The article analyzes the relationship between genetic mutations and cellular injury, apoptosis, necrosis, inflammation, fibrosis, and abnormal cellular proliferation. Representative hereditary disorders, including Marfan syndrome, cystic fibrosis, and sickle cell disease, are discussed to demonstrate how genetic abnormalities contribute to characteristic structural changes in tissues. The significance of integrating histopathological examination with molecular genetic methods for understanding disease pathogenesis and improving diagnostic accuracy is also considered. The analysis emphasizes that the relationship between genetic alterations and morphological manifestations depends on the type of mutation, the affected gene, tissue characteristics, and environmental influences.
