Maqolada bola manfaatlarini himoya qilishning xalqaro huquq tizimidagi ahamiyati, uning istiqbolli rivojlanishi uchun ta’sir qiluvchi omillar muhokama qilinib, bola huquqlariga oid xalqaro konvensiya va hujjarlar orqali faoliyat ko‘rsatayotgan huquqiy mexanizimlarga asosiy urg‘u qaratiladi hamda bola himoyasiga oid xalqaro huquqiy standardlarni shakllantirishning milliy qonunchilikka qo‘shadigan hissasi tahlil qilinadi.
