Аннотация
Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi olma, nok va uzum mevalaridan ajratib olingan Paenibacillus polymyxa va Bacillus thuringiensis shtammlarining post-harvest fitopatogenlarga qarshi antagonistik potensialini baholashdan iborat. Tadqiqot davomida mikroorganizmlar aseptik sharoitda ajratib olinib, PDA, SDA va NA oziqa muhitlarida o‘stirildi hamda MALDI-TOF MS usuli yordamida identifikatsiya qilindi. Antagonistik faollik dual culture va agar diffuziya usullari asosida baholandi. Natijalar Paenibacillus polymyxa va Bacillus thuringiensis shtammlari Penicillium expansum, Botrytis cinerea hamda Aspergillus niger ga qarshi yuqori antagonistik faollik namoyon qilganligini ko‘rsatdi. Ayniqsa Paenibacillus polymyxa eng yuqori inhibisiya ko‘rsatkichlariga ega bo‘lib, kuchli antifungal metabolitlar ishlab chiqarishi bilan ajralib turdi. Tadqiqot natijalari ushbu shtammlar ekologik xavfsiz biofungitsid preparatlar yaratishda istiqbolli biologik agentlar ekanligini tasdiqladi.
