Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy tadqiqotda oddiy oshqovoq (Cucurbita pepo L.) o‘simligining urug‘ va meva qismlaridagi mineral elementlar hamda biologik faol fitokimyoviy birikmalar zamonaviy instrumental tahlil usullari — ICP-OES (Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry) va HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) yordamida kompleks tarzda o‘rganildi. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi o‘simlikning kimyoviy tarkibini chuqur tahlil qilish hamda uning biologik va farmakologik potensialini ilmiy asoslashdan iborat.

ICP-OES tahlil natijalariga ko‘ra o‘simlik urug‘larida kaliy (K), magniy (Mg), temir (Fe), rux (Zn) va kaltsiy (Ca) kabi muhim makro va mikroelementlar mavjudligi aniqlandi. Ushbu elementlar yurak-qon tomir tizimi faoliyatini qo‘llab-quvvatlash, asab impulslarini uzatish, immun tizimini mustahkamlash hamda metabolik jarayonlarni tartibga solishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. HPLC tahlili natijalari esa o‘simlik ekstraktida ferul kislotasi, kofein kislotasi, kvercetin, luteolin, linol va olein kislotalari kabi biologik faol birikmalar mavjudligini ko‘rsatdi. Ushbu moddalar yuqori antioksidant, yallig‘lanishga qarshi, immunomodulyator hamda kardioprotektiv xususiyatlarga ega.

Olingan natijalar Cucurbita pepo L. o‘simligining yuqori biologik qiymatga ega ekanligini tasdiqlaydi. Mazkur o‘simlik nafaqat oziq-ovqat manbai, balki farmatsevtik va nutrasevtik mahsulotlar ishlab chiqarishda istiqbolli tabiiy xomashyo sifatida muhim ahamiyatga ega.
