Abstract
This article highlights the implementation of principles ensuring the attractiveness of education that has been successfully tested abroad, based on the principle of voluntariness in continuous professional education. It discusses professional education as a primary tool for preparing specialists for professional activities, as well as the activities of legal colleges, the coverage of graduates by higher education, their employment issues, the application of modern information technologies in educational processes, and the experiences of developed foreign countries. Furthermore, the article analyzes the application of these experiences to professional educational institutions and proposes relevant recommendations in this regard.
