Abstract

The article presents the idea of determining the subject, purpose, tasks of pedagogical experience, analyzing its results in order to characterize the criteria and factors of the formation of spiritual culture on the basis of pedagogical dialogue. Dialogue is a skill, method and system of interaction between a team of teachers and students, and its essence is manifested in the mutual exchange of information, educational and educational influence, and mutual understanding.
