Abstract
Loyiha menejmenti tizimida sifatni boshqarish jarayonlarining samaradorligi ko‘p jihatdan xalqaro va korporativ standartlarning to‘g‘ri hamda moslashuvchan qo‘llanishiga bog‘liqdir. Ushbu tezisda ISO 9001, ISO 10006, PMBOK, PRINCE2 va Agile metodologiyalari doirasida sifatni rejalashtirish, sifat kafolati hamda sifat nazorati jarayonlarida standart talablarining namoyon bo‘lish xususiyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda standartlarning loyiha hayot sikli bosqichlariga integratsiyasi, manfaatdor tomonlar kutuvlari bilan uyg‘unligi, sifat metrikalarini shakllantirish va defektlarni kamaytirishdagi institutsional roli asoslab beriladi.
Shuningdek, an’anaviy va moslashuvchan boshqaruv muhitlarida standartlardan foydalanishning amaliy farqlari yoritilib, loyiha natijalarining barqarorligi va raqobatbardoshligini oshirishga qaratilgan tavsiyalar ishlab chiqiladi.
