Abstract
The article analyzes the development trends of the cadastral systems of Uzbekistan and the United States and their problems. In the experience of Uzbekistan, the legal basis of the cadastral system, digitization processes, the use of artificial intelligence and 3D modeling technologies, and the use of international experience are covered. In the US cadastral system, the historical basis, the Public Land Survey System (PLSS) and Metes-and-Bounds systems, basic principles, as well as modern digital, 3D and marine cadastre are studied. Through a comparative analysis, the similarities and differences of the cadastral systems of the two countries are identified and scientific conclusions are given on their further improvement.
