Аннотация
Perinatal markaziy nerv tizimi (MNT) shikastlanishlari va nevrоektodermal miya o‘smalari bo‘lgan bemorlarda epileptik sindrom klinik jihatdan keng tarqalgan patologiyalar bo‘lib, ularning nevrologik defitsitlari va kognitiv buzilishlarini chuqur o‘rganishni talab qiladi. Ushbu tadqiqotda perinatal MNT shikastlanishlari oqibatlarida endolyumbal ozon va piratsetam insufflyatsiyasi (EOPI) usuli hamda nevrоektodermal o‘smalar bilan birga kechuvchi epileptik sindromda jarrohlik va antikonvulsant terapiyaning samaradorligi baholandi.
2013–2022 yillarda jami 352 bemor (perinatal MNT shikastlanishi: 176; intratsebral o‘smalar: 176) klinik va neyroradiologik kuzatuvlar asosida tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijalari davolashdan oldingi nevrologik defitsit va epileptik faollikning kamayishini, kognitiv va klinik funksiyalarning yaxshilanishini ko‘rsatdi. Ushbu yondashuv minimal invaziv davolashning samaradorligini va individual farmakoterapiya rejasining ahamiyatini tasdiqlaydi.
