Abstract
Menstrual sikl buzilishlari reproduktiv yoshdagi ayollarda uchraydigan keng tarqalgan ginekologik muammolardan biri bo‘lib, uning rivojlanishida endokrin, metabolik, funksional va organik omillar muhim ahamiyatga ega. Mazkur ishning maqsadi menstrual sikl buzilishlarining asosiy etiologik omillarini, klinik-diagnostik xususiyatlarini va zamonaviy tekshiruv algoritmini yoritishdan iborat. Tadqiqotda menstrual anamnezni baholash, klinik ko‘rik, antropometrik ko‘rsatkichlar, gormonal tekshiruvlar hamda kichik chanoq a’zolarining ultratovush tekshiruvi kabi diagnostik yondashuvlarning ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqildi.
