Abstract
Ushbu tezisda 2-tip qandli diabetda insulin rezistentligi va metabolik sindromning rivojlanish mexanizmlari yoritilgan. Insulin rezistentligining shakllanishida visseral semizlik, metabolik buzilishlar, surunkali yallig‘lanish va turmush tarzi omillarining ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, insulin rezistentligining 2-tip qandli diabet rivojlanishidagi patogenetik va klinik ahamiyati ko‘rib chiqilgan.
