This article analyzes the development prospects of detective and science fiction genres in Uzbek literature from pedagogical, cultural, and literary perspectives. The study highlights the historical roots of these genres, current trends, and their impact on the readership.

Additionally, the contribution of new literary works, creative experiments, and translation projects to genre development is examined. The results provide practical recommendations for authors, publishers, and cultural institutions on promoting detective and science fiction genres.
