Аннотация
Ushbu tezis raqamli muhitda internet senzurasining zamonaviy shakllari va ularning ishlash mexanizmlarini tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Unda senzura tushunchasining evolutsiyasi hamda davlatlar va yirik texnologik platformalar tomonidan axborot oqimini nazorat qilishning dolzarb tendensiyalari ko‘rib chiqiladi.Tadqiqot doirasida internet senzurasining asosiy turlari – texnik, platformaviy, iqtisodiy-huquqiy hamda psixologik shakllari tizimli ravishda tasniflanadi. Shuningdek, ushbu mexanizmlarning qo‘llanish amaliyoti va ularning ijtimoiy-huquqiy oqibatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari zamonaviy senzuraning ko‘p qatlamli hamda murakkab tizimga aylanganini va uning axborot olish hamda ifoda erkinligiga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatishini tasdiqlaydi. Yakunda raqamli makonda shaffoflik, hisobdorlik va muvozanatli huquqiy tartibga solish mexanizmlarini joriy etish zarurligi asoslanadi.
