Аннотация
This article explores the significance of copyright in the context of distance education. The use, creation, and distribution of digital content require strict adherence to copyright laws, making it a crucial issue in modern education. The aim of the study is to identify cases of copyright infringement in distance learning and to develop recommendations for their prevention. Based on analysis, comparison, and legal methodology, the research reveals that copyright violations are common in the use of electronic textbooks and educational resources.
These findings can be applied in educational institutions to strengthen measures for protecting intellectual property and to foster legal awareness among teachers and students. In conclusion, respecting copyright plays an essential role in improving the quality of distance education.
