The article discusses the creation of equal opportunities for women, their professional development, and their contribution to the social and cultural progress. The example of Uzbekistan is provided, highlighting the opportunities for women in music education and how these opportunities contribute to gender equality and the development of social justice in society.
The author emphasizes the need for increasing women's contribution to the cultural development of society through music education, ensuring gender equality, and strengthening the social importance of the arts.
