Abstract

Ushbu maqolada maktablarda boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchilarining kasbiy rivojlanish soatlarini tashkil etish jarayonlarini takomillashtirish masalalari yoritilgan.

Xususan, o‘qituvchilarning zamonaviy pedagogik yondashuvlar, metodik innovatsiyalar va axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalarini o‘zlashtirishga qaratilgan faoliyatlarini tizimli tashkil etish muhimligi ta’kidlanadi. Maqolada kasbiy rivojlanish soatlarining samaradorligini oshirishga xizmat qiluvchi mexanizmlar, amaliy tavsiyalar hamda ilg‘or tajribalar asosida ishlab chiqilgan takliflar keltirilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchilarining malakasini oshirish va ta’lim sifatini yaxshilashga qaratilgan islohotlarni samarali amalga oshirishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
