Abstract

Эндометриоз — бу гормонларга боғлиқ, сурункали, прогрессив гинекологик касаллик бўлиб, унда эндометрийга ўхшаш тўқималар бачадондан ташқарида ўсади ва фаолият кўрсатади. Ушбу ҳолат кўпинча оғриқ, хайз бузилишлари, депрессия ва ҳаёт сифатининг пасайишига олиб келади. Эндометриоз аёллар репродуктив ёшидаги аҳолининг тахминан 10–15%ини қамраб олади. Ушбу мақола касалликнинг келиб чиқиш сабаблари, патогенези ва тараққиёт механизмларини ёритишга бағишланади [1,2].
