Abstract

Ushbu maqolada tirik materiyaning o‘zini anglash xususiyati, uning biofizik energiya oqimlari va tibbiy-biologik mexanizmlar bilan uzviy bog‘liqligi ilmiy nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilinadi. O‘zini anglash jarayoni organizmning ichki muvozanatini baholash, tashqi muhit signallarini qayta ishlash va ularga mos javob shakllantirish kabi murakkab funksional tizimlar bilan uyg‘unlashgan holda namoyon bo‘ladi. Biofizik energiya oqimlari — ionlar harakati, membrana potentsiallari, elektrodinamik maydonlar va hujayra ichki energetik transformatsiyalari — tirik tizimlarda axborot uzatilishi va signallarni idrok etishning asosiy mexanizmlaridan biri sifatida e’tirof etiladi.

Shuningdek, maqolada nerv tizimining elektr-sezgirligi, miya bioelektrik faoliyatining o‘zini anglash jarayoniga ta’siri, hamda fiziologik va molekulyar jarayonlarning uyg‘un koordinatsiyasi batafsil yoritiladi.
